Privacy notice

When you use a contact or property inquiry form, we collect your name, message, consent record, the page you used and the email address or phone number you choose to provide.

We also record limited, PII-free interaction events such as a contact submission or WhatsApp click. These events contain the page path and a temporary session reference, not the contents of your message.

We use form information to record your inquiry, keep a record of it, and protect the forms from abuse. During the pre-launch period we do not undertake to reply.

We use interaction events to understand whether the website works and which contact routes are useful. We do not use form information to invent reviews or publish your details.

Form submissions are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. Email forwarding to a business inbox is not currently enabled and will only begin once final business details are confirmed.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to maintain the record, administer requests about personal data and meet applicable legal obligations. A final retention schedule will be set during legal review.

You may ask what personal data is held about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future contact. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
